Why 3.6 kW is enough for the Superb iV

Not for charging speed. The Superb iV charges single-phase at 3.6 kW, so a single-phase connection would be sufficient for the car itself. You can use a three-phase charger, but the car will not charge any faster. A three-phase model is mainly useful for additional features or if you want to charge a more powerful EV in the future.
