MID is the European measuring approval that makes a charger's kWh readings officially accurate. A calibrated meter shows exactly what charging at home costs, separately from your household use. Moving up to 11 kW would halve this car's charging speed, so that is no solution here.
You can have a MID-certified kWh meter fitted separately in your electrical cabinet instead. This power class does offer dynamic load balancing, which lowers the charging power when other appliances in the house draw a lot.
