To reach the full 11 kW, you need a 3-phase connection with 3x16 amps. On a single-phase connection, the charging power depends on the charger and the circuit. On an 11 kW charger the car then charges at 3.7 kW, while a single-phase 7.4 kW EV charger on a 32 amp circuit lets it charge at up to 7.4 kW. Including charging losses, a full charge then takes about 24 or 12 hours respectively.
