Shipping
When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking code at the end of the day. When the product is ordered before 15:00 it will be shipped the same business day, when it is in stock. 

Worldwide shipping
We can ship all of our products worldwide! Just add your product to the shopping cart and choose your country.


Pick up
Besides shipping our products you can also decide to pick it up in our warehouse. You can pick up your order on appointment at the followingg visiting address:

Returns

Returns are free and possible with us as long as the product meets our product conditions and the return is requested through our Online Return Form.

You have 14 days to return the product to us without giving a reason. This period starts the moment you receive the product.

Enter your zipcode and ordernumber and return your order in just a few steps! You will receive a returnlabel in your e-mail box. Print it and place the label on the parcel. Take the parcel tho the nearest service point. The online return tool shows where the nearest service point is. In your e-mail, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow the parcel.

Return options

  1. EXCHANGE. Exchange the product for another free of charge
  • If you choose a lower priced product. We will transfer the difference within 2 working days of receiving the returned order.
  • If you choose a more expensive product. Then we will send you an invoice with the difference. After payment, we will ship the new product.
  • We will send the new order as soon as we receive the return.
  • If a replacement product is not in stock. We will then look for a solution in agreement with you. This may be a different product or a refund.
  1. MONEY BACK. Receiving your money back into your account
  • The refundable amount will be transferred to your account within 2 working days after receiving the return package.
  • The amount to be refunded will be paid back using the same method of payment.
  • In case of a refund by bank, the bank account number with which the order was paid will be used.
  • Product & Return conditions
  • The product must be in a resalable condition.
  • We ask (if possible) to return the product in its original packaging.
  • In case of provable damage or use of the product, we will deduct this from the refundable amount. The percentage is determined by the degree of value reduction.
  • A return must be reported within 14 days from the day the ordered product is received.
  • After notification of the return, it must be sent to us within 14 days.
  • Return costs without using our Online Return Form are for your own account.
  • It is possible to drop the return off at our warehouse in Hengelo. Before you decide to do so, please contact us by phone.
