Which EV charger suits the MG MG4 Electric 77 kWh?
The MG MG4 Electric 77 kWh accepts 11 kW at most on the alternating current side. A heavier 22 kW charger will not charge this car any faster. An 11 kW model already gets the maximum out of it.
One point worth checking on your own car. In most European markets the MG4 77 kWh has a three-phase 11 kW onboard charger. That is the part inside the car that converts mains power for the battery. MG also builds it with a single-phase charger in some markets, so your specification sheet tells you which one you have.
Then look at what the charger measures. A MID meter is a certified kWh meter built into the charger. It shows exactly what charging at home costs, apart from the rest of your household use.

Two features matter for a car that charges overnight. With dynamic load balancing the charger measures how much power your fuse box has to spare. How long does the MG MG4 Electric 77 kWh take to charge?
On paper 74.4 kWh divided by 11 kW is just under 7 hours. Count on about 8 hours in practice, because charging always costs some energy. Plug in when you go to bed and the car is full in the morning, without any planning on your part.
The full 11 kW needs a three-phase supply, so one that carries three live phases instead of one. On a single-phase supply the car charges more slowly, but not as slowly as you might expect: a 7.4 kW single-phase charger still delivers its full 7.4 kW. Ask a qualified electrician what your fuse box can carry.

A certified MID meter records exactly how much electricity you charge at home. You then know what a full battery costs you, apart from the rest of your household use. On a car with a battery this size, that difference is worth seeing.
Can I charge the MG MG4 Electric 77 kWh faster with a 22 kW charger?
No. At home the car accepts 11 kW of AC charging power at most, so a 22 kW charger will not charge this MG any faster. There is one reason to look at 22 kW anyway: at that power the choice of chargers with a MID meter is much wider. On a public DC rapid charger you do top up considerably faster while you are out.
