Which EV charger is suitable for the Kia Niro?

This is particularly important when your charging costs are reimbursed by an employer or leasing company or when charging sessions are recorded for business purposes. In the Netherlands, a certified MID meter can also be required for ERE registration. Please note that the ERE scheme applies exclusively in the Netherlands and is not available in other countries. How long does it take to charge the Kia Niro?
For the Niro EV with a 64.8 kWh battery, you can expect a full charging session to take approximately six hours with an 11 kW EV charger. With a 7 kW single-phase connection, this increases to more than nine hours. If you connect the car in the evening, it will be fully charged by the following morning. The Niro PHEV charges its 11.1 kWh battery in approximately three hours using an EV charger, so it can often be fully charged again during the day.
