Which EV charger fits the Range Rover Evoque P300e?

In our range that certified meter starts at 11 kW, so you have three routes. A 7.4 kW unit matches the car exactly, but has no certified meter. Some of our 11 kW EV chargers do carry one. Those supply 16 A per phase, and a single-phase car uses only one of them, so the Evoque would charge at 3.7 kW and take around three hours instead of two.
The third route keeps both. Our EV chargers with a MID meter include 22 kW models, which supply 32 A per phase. On one of those the Evoque keeps its full 7 kW and you still get the certified reading. Such a charger does need a three-phase connection at home, which not every house has.
Load balancing is available at 7.4 kW and is worth having. The charger works with a meter in your fuse box that watches how much power is still free. It lowers the charging speed by itself when the house needs it, which helps prevent a fuse tripping when several heavy appliances run at once. An ordinary socket with a portable charger delivers about 2.3 kW. The same charge then takes more than five hours. The Evoque also takes DC rapid charging at around 32 kW, which tops it up quickly on the road. For daily use at home a fixed charger is simply the more comfortable option.
