The Marstek Venus A is a compact and user-friendly plug-and-play solar battery for households that want to use more of their own solar energy and be less dependent on the grid. This battery is designed for easy installation and smart energy management, without requiring major modifications to the existing electrical installation.
The Venus A stores surplus solar energy that is generated during the day and not consumed immediately. This stored energy can be used later, for example in the evenings or at times when electricity prices are higher. This reduces the amount of energy fed back into the grid and increases the consumption of generated solar energy. The accompanying Marstek app provides insight into energy generation, consumption, and battery status, and automatically controls charging and discharging.
Thanks to its plug-and-play design, the Marstek Venus A can be easily connected via a standard power outlet. A fixed connection is not necessary. The battery is also equipped with multiple MPPT inputs, allowing solar panels to be connected directly to the system.
The system has a modular design and is easy to expand. You start with one 2.12 kWh battery module and can expand the system to a maximum of 12.72 kWh by connecting multiple modules. This allows the storage capacity to grow in line with the energy needs of the household.
The Marstek Venus A also has an emergency power function. In the event of a power failure, the battery can continue to supply selected devices with electricity, ensuring that essential functions in the home remain available.
