How long does the NIO ET7 75 kWh take to charge?
With an 11 kW charger you charge the NIO ET7 75 kWh from empty to full in about 7.5 hours. Plug the car in around 11 pm and it is ready again in the morning. Do you have a single-phase connection at home? Then you fall back to 3.7 kW at most and a full charge runs to over 22 hours. Does the NIO ET7 75 kWh need a three-phase connection?
For the full 11 kW, yes. The ET7 75 kWh only charges at 11 kW at home with a three-phase connection. On a single-phase connection you will not get above 3.7 kW, whatever the power of your charger.
Does the NIO ET7 75 kWh charge faster with a 22 kW charger?
No. The onboard charger of the ET7 75 kWh accepts a maximum of 11 kW AC. A 22 kW charger therefore charges this car just as fast as an 11 kW one. Do you want a charger that also handles 22 kW for a future car? Then look at the 22 kW EV chargers.
