Does the Peugeot e-2008 54 kWh need a three-phase connection?
Only if you want the full 11 kW. For that you need the optional 11 kW onboard charger in the car and a three-phase connection in your meter box. With a single-phase connection you charge at up to 7.4 kW, even if your charger can do more.
Do I need a charger with a MID meter?
For plain home charging, no. But with a MID meter you can earn back up to 500 euro per year on your home charging, from 2026 in the Netherlands only. You can also register your usage for business purposes. So we recommend a charger with a MID meter by default.
