Does the Renault Scenic E-Tech EV60 170hp need a three-phase connection to charge quickly?

Why does a MID meter matter for this Scenic?
A MID-certified kWh meter records exactly how much electricity your car draws at home, which is what makes the reading count when you claim it back from an employer or lease company. On top of that, the Dutch ERE scheme pays private drivers back up to 500 euro a year on home-charged electricity since 2026, but only with such a certified meter, and only in the Netherlands. If you charge purely privately and claim nothing back, you can do without one.
Can I also charge the Renault Scenic E-Tech EV60 170hp with an 11 kW charger?
Yes, that works fine. The car then charges at 11 kW and takes around 5.5 hours for a full session. You simply do not use the full 22 kW speed this version can handle, so a 22 kW charger is the more future-proof choice.
