Which EV charger is suitable for the Kia EV6 Long Range (2021–2024)?

How long does it take to charge the Kia EV6 Long Range (2021–2024)?

This EV6 has an onboard charger with a maximum charging power of 11 kW. A 22 kW EV charger will therefore not charge it any faster at home. A three-phase 11 kW EV charger fully utilises the maximum charging power of the car and is the logical choice.

Does the recommended EV charger have a MID meter?

The Easee Charge Up does not have an integrated MID meter. The Zaptec Go 2 does have an integrated MID meter, making it suitable for accurate, certified energy registration and the reimbursement of charging sessions by an employer or leasing company. In the Netherlands, it can also be used for ERE registration. The ERE scheme applies exclusively in the Netherlands and does not apply in other countries. The Besen 11 kW does not have a MID meter either.
